She learned the ins-and-outs of listing coordination and absolutely loved the process of listing a home from start to finish - and everything in between! After getting her foot in the door, she got her Real Estate license in MA just before the pandemic. She then switched gears and began working with investors in the wholesaling industry. Now with years of real estate marketing experience under her belt, entering the role of Listing Director / Marketing Manager for Candor Realty made perfect sense!
Heather has also stepped up to be the General Manager of our leasing arm of the company - Simplified Rentals! She gets units rented and leasing agents paid fast & efficiently!
She is a licensed real estate agent in both Massachusetts & New Hampshire. In her free time, she loves to be creative and crafty in her art studio!
Anita was born and raised in Boston Ma and recently relocated to Worcester County to join the simplified team. Anita purchased her Multi Family in 2019 through Jonathan Bombaci. She continued to work in retail because she loves people and customer service.
Anita worked in the retail field for the majority of her career, but stayed in touch with Jon because he was such a great Mentor. When she became a mom, she realized she wanted financial freedom and the ability to be a more hands on parent. Real Estate was the only way she saw that happening. After learning how to wholesale and doing that for a period of time She got her MA Real Estate License and joined the Candor team. She currently works as a property manager. Managing 131 Units in the Central Ma area. and although it keeps her busy, it still gives her the flexibility to pursue other career options and spend time with her family.
In her free time, she loves to spend time with her family. Particularly her 6-year-old daughter She comes from a big family and enjoys cooking and attending activities with them.
Kyle is a Tewksbury based multifamily focused agent that is incredibly passionate about teaching folks how to leverage real estate investing as a tool to build monetary wealth and aid in creating overall life abundance. As of February of 2024, he personally owns a 3 family rental property in Leominster that he previously Househacked, and currently rents to 2x long term tenants and 1x medium term tenant (a traveling nurse!). He also hosts the "KCREatingwealth Podcast", a multifamily focused real estate investing podcast that has been live since September of 2022, and has conducted over 140+ interviews since its inception. Kyle loves building communities of like minded people, and also leads a Facebook group called "KCREatingwealth Together!" with over 750 local investors that strive to help each other grow!

He obtained numerous certifications and title changes - climbing the ranks of the corporate ladder and always looking for the next high paying job. However, after meeting a few entrepreneurs, reading Rich Dad Poor Dad and self-managing his families 2 family STR/MTR in Hampton, NH - Andrew had an ephiany. He realized that the rat race of working until you're 65 was not the journey that he wanted to undertake. He decided to start wholesaling, seeking off markets and driving for dollars. This led Andrew to receiving his Real Estate License for NH.

Fast forward a few years - Andrew is currently house hacking a 2-family on Hanover Hill in Manchester, NH with his wife Natalie. Andrew is fortunate enough to be the son of a plumber/electrician and his in-laws are both real estate professionals. He has a solid network of in-house professionals that helped pave the way for his success. With the tools in place, Andrew has taken the knowledge to the realtor realm of focusing on multi-families in Southern, NH (More specifically, Manchester, Nashua and Rochester). Andrew's expertise lies in creativing financing, finding off market deals, multi-family investing, data driven analysis, STR/MTR strategies and stabilization. Andrew has a passion for teaching others about financial freedom through real estate. His ultimate goal is to help 100+ clients and have over 20 repeat clients during his tenure as a real estate investor/agent. When Andrew is not looking at real estate data or working his W2 - he is most likely relaxing with his wife, fly fishing or playing pickleball/soccer.
