Joshua Poitras is a highly motivated and goal-oriented individual with an inspiring story of perseverance and achievement. After studying at UMass Lowell in Criminal Justice and deploying twice, one tour that included Afghanistan 2010-2011. When he came home he became a firefighter. However, due to financial constraints, he needed a second job and decided to explore the world of real estate.

Investment real estate quickly became Joshua's passion, and he has since gained extensive experience in multiple flips, condo conversions, and buying and holding real estate for up to 13 units. He has been able to develop a substantial portfolio that supports his family's lifestyle, and he continues to work hard to expand his real estate skills and knowledge.

Despite his success in real estate, Joshua's ultimate passion is to help people become better everyday. He can be described as hyper-focused on his goals while being motivating to inspire others to achieve their dreams.
